There is an answerphone on which you can leave me a message. If you need urgent assistance, I would recommend you go elsewhere as I can only guarantee a 2 to three day turnaround on jobs. My existing customers come to me for my honest and friendly approach to IT support.

I appreciate that you use your computer as a tool. A tool that is not running as it should, is slow or does unpredictable things is not much use. I will not boggle you with technical talk, instead I will make your tool useful and advise you on how to prevent future problems.
